Indiana State Police ask public for help locating wanted man

INDIANAPOLIS (WFFT) - The Indiana State Police (ISP) is asking the public for help locating a man wanted on warrants for drug offenses in Hendricks County.

Police are looking for Timothy Preston, 43, of Indianapolis.

Preston has threatened law enforcement and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-8477 (TIPS).

Tips can also be submitted on the mobile P3tips app on Apple or Android, or on the web at www.CrimeTips.org.

People reporting tips will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000 if the information leads to a felony arrest.

Only tips submitted directly and anonymously to Crime Stoppers are eligible for cash rewards.
