THE TWO EACH FACE 18-DRUG RELATED CHARGES. POLICE SAY THEY FOUND COCAINE, XANAX GUMMIES, MARIJUANA AND GUNS AT THE TERRE HAUTE HOME. WARE'S HEARING WAS QUICK AND DIRECT. HE REQUESTED A PRIVATE ATTORNEY AND CURRENTLY HAS A 75-GRAND BOND. ROGER'S AUNT, SUSAN ROSHEL, TOOK THE STAND AS A WITNESS. ROSHEL ASKED THE JUDGE TO RELEASE MAIZE FROM JAIL AND ALLOW HER TO STAY AT HER HOME UNTIL FURTHER HEARINGS. THAT WOULD LOWER HER CURRENT BOND SET AT 75-GRAND.

TERESA PITTS WAS ALSO IN COURT YESTERDAY... SHES CHARGED IN CONNECTION TO THE MURDER OF ALICE ANITA OSWALD. POLICE SAY HER BROTHER, KENNETH PITTS, KILLED OSWALD. THEY SAY SHE HELPED HIM HIDE OUT FROM POLICE.. SHE PLEADED QUILTY.. AS A PART OF HER PLEA... PITTS WILL SPEND TWO YEARS OF HER SENTENCE AT THE INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.. ONE YEAR AT VIGO COUNTY COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS.. AND ONE YEAR ON PROBATION.

THE FORMER LAWYER FOR ADULT FILM STAR STORMY DANIELS...WAS ARRESTED ON FEDERAL CHARGES. IN NEW YORK, MICHAEL AVENATTI WAS ACCUSED OF ALLEGEDLY TRYING TO EXTORT ABOUT 20 MILLION DOLLARS FROM NIKE. AND IN LOS ANGELES, AVENATTI FACES BANK AND WIRE FRAUD CHARGES FOR ALLEGEDLY EMBEZZLING MONEY FROM A CLIENT AND DEFRAUDING A BANK. AVENATTI SAID HE EXPECTS TO BE FULLY EXONERATED. HE POSTED BOND LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON.

CREWS NOW HAVE A PRIME SUSPECT IN THE CASE OF MISSING 8-MONTH OLD AMIAH ROBERTSON. ITS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK SINCE "AMIAH ROBERTSON" WAS REPORTED MISSING. POLICE SAY ROBERT LYONS, AMIAH'S MOTHERS BOYFRIEND IS THE PRIME SUSPECT. POLICE HAVE BEEN SEARCHING EAGLE CREEK AFTER A TIP THAT THERE MIGHT BE ANSWERS TO THE INVESTIGATION THERE. THEY ARE HANDLING THE CASE AS A HOMICIDE.

VIGO COUNTY SHERIFF JOHN PLASSE SAYS A SHORTAGE OF TOWELS AT THE JAIL WAS DUE TO A LACK OF COMMUNICATION. ON SATURDAY.. PLASSE SAYS JAIL STAFF HANDED OUT ALL AVAILABLE TOWELS TO INMATES. HOWEVER.. THE SUPERVISORS ON DUTY WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THIS LEFT ROUGHLY A DOZEN INMATES WIHTOUT TOWELS. INSTEAD.. THOSE INMATES HAD TO USE BED SHEETS. SHERIFF PLASSE SAYS THE ISSUE WAS HANDLED WITHIN "24"-HOURS.. HE ALSO SAYS ALL STAFF HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE PROPER GUIDELINES SHOULD SOMETHING LIKE THIS EVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

LAWMAKERS HAVE A REQUEST FOR THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT THIS MORNING... THEY ARE DEMANDING IT HAND OVER ROBERT MUELLER'S REPORT ON THE RUSSIA PROBE BY THE FIRST WEEK IN APRIL.
