will be may first. terre haute is still fighting for senate bill 5-5-2. that legislation would bring a casino to the city. wednesday--- news 10's jon swaner was at the statehouse for a hearing on the bill.. we continue coverage for you tonight... news 10's richard solomon spoke with indiana governor eric holcomb today.. he shares his thoughts on the legislation. < senate bill 5-5-2 is awaiting its second hearing for a house committee.. but state leaders say they aren't giving up on the fight. there were 100 people from vigo county that showed up to support this. some believe... that amount of people showing up proves that vigo county is on board for the bill. we spoke to representatives about their thoughts on the bill's chances on passing the house.
