it's a project dedicated to connecting downtown terre haute to the wabash river. art spaces held a special presentation to reveal its latest revised concepts. the goal is to make the river the focal point of the community. organizers say they're excited to see what the project brings. "the design firm will be working through the fall. this phase will be completed by the end of january and now we're actually raising funds to move forward with implementation and then refinement of more of the areas." the turn to the river project covers a 4-square block. it includes the city - government campus and one city owned property. you have a chance to help support local kids.
