Moore's historic season ends with Cloverdale regional loss

Moore finished his career with 2,440 points, which is good for 11th all-time in the state record book.

GREENFIELD, Ind. (WTHI) - Cloverdale basketball's season came to an end Saturday as the Clovers lost a tight contest against Scecina in the class 2A regional final at Greenfield-Central. The Crusaders won 58-52.

Cloverdale senior Jalen Moore scored 40 points in the regional semifinal against Shenandoah and 30 points in the matchup against Scecina. He becomes just the fifth player in Indiana high school basketball history to score 1,000 points in a single season. Moore finished his career with 2,440 points, which is good for 11th all-time in the state record book.
