Indiana State lands Iowa transfer

Christian Williams, point guard from the University of Iowa, announced Saturday via Twitter that he will transfer to the Sycamores.

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Indiana State men's basketball landed another transfer for next season. Christian Williams, point guard from the University of Iowa, announced Saturday via Twitter that he will transfer to the Sycamores.

Williams, a junior, was the backup point guard for the Big Ten Hawkeyes last season. He started in six games for Iowa.

Williams will be eligible to play next season. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
