TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - After a disappointing 2018-19 season for Indiana State basketball, one Sycamore will not be returning to the team.
Clayton Hughes announced Monday via Twitter that he will be transferring away from the Indiana State program.
The sophomore guard averaged 16.5 minutes per game this season, scoring 4.0 points per contest. Hughes's stats in 2018-19 were almost identical to his freshman season.
Hughes, a Jackson, Tenn. native, has not announced where he will transfer next season.
