Barr-Reeve tops Bloomfield for spot in state finals

The Vikings defeat the Cardinals 65-39 to claim the class A semi-state title.

WASHINGTON, Ind. (WTHI) - Seven thousand fans packed into the Hatchet House Saturday evening to watch Barr-Reeve and Bloomfield square off in the class A semi-state championship game.

Barr-Reeve defeated the Cardinals 65-39 to claim the semi-state title and advance to the state finals.

The Vikings will face Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian on Saturday, March 23 in the 1A state title game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
