TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The Vigo County electoral board is in the process of smoothing out all the last minute details of election season.
Voting locations have been a big topic of discussion the past few months in Vigo County.

However, now that locations are set in stone, there are a few more goals to reach.
The electoral board is working hard to get members of the community out to the polls.
"That's what we're focused on now. We've got the locations set where to vote, now we want people to come use these locations," said Brad Newman, Vigo County Clerk.
The board held their monthly meeting Thursday morning, addressing how they will advertise polling locations in the coming weeks.
As of right now, they have begun creating flyers that will be seen across the county.
They will be on Papa John's pizza boxes, in libraries, and more.
"We're wanting to just kind of make it where every time you turn around there's something telling you 'Hey, don't forget, go vote', and look there's all these convenient locations for you to go cast your ballot," said Kara Anderson, election board member.
Early voting will begin on April 10th in the Vigo County Annex at 8 a.m.
Vigo County will have 28 days of early voting before the actual election day which is May 8th.
"Early voting is probably the most important thing going on in Vigo County because we make it accessible to everybody," said Newman.
From now until election day, the board says they will continue to spread awareness about voting and the importance of making your voice heard.
Their main goal is to see the voter number increase.
"We've done a lot of our part, but we're going to need the community's help in getting them to the polls. We want to see everybody exercise their right to vote," said Newman.
