TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Two union contracts will be before the Terre Haute Board of Public Works and Safety on Monday.
Members of the Terre Haute Firefighters Union voted on their contract this week.
Membership approved that deal by a vote of 82 to 19.
Union President Jake Chalos says the one year deal is revenue neutral.
This means no pay raises for firefighters.
Chalos said the union also waived its parity clause for one year.
That's so city hall employees can get a raise this year.
They've not had one for three years.
The police union contract will also be up for the board's approval on Monday.
