CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Some area schools are celebrating their academic success.
Two Clay County elementary schools made the Four Star list.
Those are Jackson Township and Staunton Schools.
The criteria for this honor includes receiving an A accountability score and high ISTEP pass rates.
This is the 7th time Jackson has made the list.
It's something teachers, students, and administrators can all celebrate.
"We work together and have a lot of fun together...and work hard together and it's a fun place to be," teacher Rae Anne Howald said.
