FARMERSBURG, Ind. (WTHI) - An area town marshal wants you to be on the look-out for suspicious activity.

That's as reports of vandalism are on the rise in Farmersburg.

We talked with Farmersburg business owner Ed Heady.

Heady told us someone threw rocks through his windows.

He says the community is an otherwise quiet place, but this problem has to stop.

"I don't understand what enjoyment there is in destruction and busting out people's windows...every window that is busted out costs people," Heady said.

The town marshal said many of the reports have dealt with busted vehicle windows.

He said if you hear something, especially at night...to take down a description.

If you have any information, call the marshal's office at 812-230-1996.
