A woman claims she was beaten and then raped after she confronted her boyfriend about lying to her.
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A woman claims she was beaten and then raped after she confronted her boyfriend about lying to her.
Terre Haute Police arrested Brenton Barnhill.
The alleged victim claims he also choked her to the point where she could not breathe.
Barnhill will return to court next week.
He faces charges of rape, criminal confinement, and domestic battery.
