Terre Haute Children's Museum's executive director resigns from position

Terre Haute Children's Museum's executive director Lynn Hughes has resigned.

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A local museum will soon have a new leader.

Terre Haute Children's Museum's executive director Lynn Hughes has resigned.

The announcement came Thursday morning from the museum's board of directors.

Hughes has taken a new position as the director of development at the Hamilton Center.

Hughes has been with the organization for the past nine years.

Her last day with the museum is Friday, August 17th.
