We learned another man has been arrested in connection with the Putnam Street shooting.
A judge found probable cause for the arrest of Tersh Scamihorn for false informing.
He told police he was at the home of Robert Lawrence on Putnam Street.
Court documents indicate Lawrence, more commonly known as R-D was the second person shot on Monday.
He told police he was there for only a short time and that he wasn't aware Amanda Kerns was there.

Lawrence told police that Kerns said Mikey Reynolds was threatening to kill her because they had broken up.

Records also show that Reynolds did time starting in September of 2000.
He was sentenced to eight years in prison for burglary, attempted armed robbery, and criminal recklessness.
