TERRE HAUTE, Ind (WTHI) - A third defendant has been sentenced in the case involving Cameron Hoopingarner.

Sarah Travioli has pleaded guilty to four charges.

She and her two children lived with the legal guardians of Cameron Hoopingarner.

According to a medical examiner, Cameron was starved to death at the age of nine-years-old.

Travioli admitted to not reporting the neglect.

Her other charges are related to her children testing positive for meth.

On Thursday, a judge sentenced her to four years in jail.

474 of those days have already been served.

She'll also serve two-years on in-home detention, and then two years of formal probation.

There are three other defendants in this case.

They are Robin, Chad, and Hubert Kraemer.

Robin is serving 36 and a half years in prison on nine different counts.

The most serious of those counts involve neglect of a dependent resulting in death.

Robin told the judge she will appeal her sentence.

Chad Kraemer was sentenced to five years in prison, followed by two years of in-home detention.

He also plans to appeal.

According to court documents, the final defendant, Hubert Kraemer has a jury trial scheduled for June 25th.
