One person sent to hospital after crash in Vigo County

VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - One person is sent to the hospital following a crash in Vigo County.

It happened just before just before 11 p.m. on Saturday on Flesher Avenue and North Main Street.

The Seelyville Fire Department told us a vehicle was coming down Flesher Avenue and turned left on Main Street. Officials say the vehicle failed to stop and went down a bank before crashing into trees.

Officials say one person was sent to Union Hospital for evaluation, no other injuries were reported.

Officials say alcohol or drugs were not a factor.
