TERRE HAUTE, Ind (WTHI)- A man will serve prison time connected to a deadly shooting in October of 2015 in Terre Haute.
Court records show Khalil Davis pleaded guilty to criminal recklessness. Under the plea agreement, the court dismissed a second count of criminal recklessness. His total sentence is for more than 3 and a half years.
With credit for time served, he will spend about one year in prison, followed by home detention.
Leon Johnson Junior previously pleaded guilty in the case.
The shooting happened at a house on 13th ½ street in Terre Haute.
18-year-old Donovan Clinkscales of Indianapolis died.
