INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WTHI) - At least one local state lawmaker will be on a committee to help form a new gaming bill for Indiana.
Late Wednesday morning, the Indiana House released their list of conferees and advisors.
Representative Tonya Pfaff is on the committee for Senate Bill 552 as an advisor.
This is the bill that would legalize sports wagering and possibly bring a casino to Terre Haute.
The Senate has yet to release its list.
The committee is tasked with bridging differences between the house and senate versions of this bill.
The new bill must be passed both houses before going to Governor Eric Holcomb for his signature.
