Local kids learn important lesson about helping others

A group of local kids understands the importance of helping others.

WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A group of local kids understands the importance of helping others.

Children from Camp Navigate donated toys to The Helping Hands.

It's an organization in West Terre Haute dedicated to serving the community.

The toys collected will be placed in the organizations Re-Sell Store.

Camp Navigate leaders say the kids are learning life-long lessons.

The Helping Hands mad a donation to Camp Navigate when it launched last year.

Camp Navigate staff said they wanted to return the favor.
