INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WTHI) - Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb said on Wednesday most of the state will be able to move to stage three of the reopening process on Friday, May 22.

That's earlier than the original plan, which had stage three starting on May 24.

Holcomb said he will sign the executive order on Thursday.

The upcoming order also includes some other important things. It will continue to not allow utility shut-off for delayed payment or non-payment. It also prevents new mortgage foreclosure and eviction filings.

The order also extends deadlines for drivers licenses, vehicle registrations, and other BMV documentation.

The extensions are through July 1.

See what stage three includes below.
