TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The old is becoming the new in one Wabash Valley city.

Two tennis courts will be turned into Pickleball Courts in Sullivan.

The current tennis courts are unusable.

100 Women Who Care of Sullivan County will help give the courts a new purpose.

That is with a $6,000 donation to the Sullivan City Park.

Park leaders hope this is the start of community engagement.

Pickleball is a paddle sport.

It combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis.

The overall cost of the project hasn't been decided.

More money will still be needed.
