SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTHI) - News 10 has learned new information on a building fire in Sullivan, Indiana. Mayor Clint Lamb says there were no utilities on at the time the fire started.
Just after 3:00 Mondy morning Sullivan County Sheriff's Dispatch received a 911 call of smoke and flames showing from a two story commercial building, near 12 North Court St. in Sullivan.

The building was directly adjacent to the City of Sulllivan Fire headquarters and City Hall.
Heavy smoke was still blanketing the nearby area.
Power was knocked out to several residents.
No injuries have been reported.
You may remember the building is currently undergoing renovations.
Last year part of the building collapsed this made the rest of it structurally unstable.
Officials planned to update the building with historical preservation in mind.
Mayor Lamb says it's sad to see the state of the building as the project was moving forward.
