CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Keeping prescription drugs out of the wrong hands.
Clay County hosted its Drug Take Back Day on Saturday.
Several different locations were open for residents to get rid of used or unused prescription drugs.
With that, the DEA will take those drugs and properly dispose of them for you.
"It's a great way to get it out of the hands of young children or people that may use the medications inappropriately and just keep everyone safe," said Sarah Cox, Pharmacy director.
Drug Take Back Day in Clay County happens twice a year.
