Volunteers needed to help honor fallen Veterans

VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - Your help is needed to help honor fallen Veterans.

Terre Haute Masonic Lodge 19 will be cleaning-up Veteran graves at Highland Lawn Cemetery where there are 664 grave markers

The lodge wants to respect is paid to each one.

“I think that would be a good way to honor our troops that have given the ultimate sacrifice for their country,” explained Jordan Bayles, clean-up volunteer.

If you would like to volunteer, just head to Highland Lawn Cemetery on Sunday.

The group plans to be there from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Just makes sure to bring a soft scrub brush, and a spray bottle.
