WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A West Terre Haute man faces charges of rape.
Those charges stem from allegations made by a minor.
Jail records show police arrested Levi Wells on Wednesday.
According to court documents, a minor accused Wells of raping her last year.
Police said wells went back and forth on his explanation of what happened.
Now he's facing charges of attempted rape, sexual battery, and criminal confinement.
