VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) - You've heard us say it before, the Wabash Valley suffers from a major food insecurity.

Many families are struggling to put food on the table on a daily basis.

There are many valuable food banks in our area that all deserve recognitin...but one seems to stand out.

Dozens of people stop by the Compassion Ministries Food Pantry on Thursdays.

While there, people have the chance to get free groceries to feed their loved ones.

While more than 60 people work together to make this pantry happen...you might find one woman running around more than anyone else.

Her name is Angie Treadway.
