Today was Dairy Queen’s 8th annual Miracle Treat Day.
Crews were serving up a variety of Blizzard treats to help out sick children. A portion of all the proceeds from Blizzard sales today will go to benefit the Children's Miracle Network.
The Dairy Queen located on Wabash Avenue in Terre Haute saw a constant flow of customers Thursday and many of those were buying Blizzards!
News 10 asked Facebook viewers what their favorite Blizzard was and the top 3 winners were Oreo, Peanut Butter and M&M.
The holiday season is often a happy one for the whole family, but for those grieving the loss of a loved one it can be a difficult time of the year. One local family is carrying on the memory of their son during the holidays.
UPDATE: Around 9 a.m. on Saturday, the Terre Haute Police Department responded to the Statesman Inn room 144 at 1407 N 3rd Street. Officers found Randall Norton Jr, 21, with multiple stab wounds to his back and abdomen.
