ROCKVILLE, Ind. (WTHI) - One of the top high school basketball players in the Wabash Valley decided on which college he's going to play for next year.
Sports 10 has confirmed Rockville star Lane Mahurin committed to Indiana Wesleyan University.
Mahurin is averaging 20 points and seven rebounds per game for the undefeated Rox.
Indiana Wesleyan is a very successful NAIA program.
Sources told Sports 10 Mahurin chose the Wildcats over Division I schools like Indiana State and Eastern Illinois.
UPDATE: Around 9 a.m. on Saturday, the Terre Haute Police Department responded to the Statesman Inn room 144 at 1407 N 3rd Street. Officers found Randall Norton Jr, 21, with multiple stab wounds to his back and abdomen.
