TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute man faces charges of stabbing another.
38-year-old Dustin Davis faces a number of felonies related to a fight he had with Anthony Davis back on June 14.
In that fight, police allege Dustin Davis pulled a knife and stabbed Anthony.
Dustin was arrested over the weekend on a warrant for battery by means of a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness.
He faces up to 13 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
UPDATE: Around 9 a.m. on Saturday, the Terre Haute Police Department responded to the Statesman Inn room 144 at 1407 N 3rd Street. Officers found Randall Norton Jr, 21, with multiple stab wounds to his back and abdomen.
Update: The Washington Police Department is looking to speak with a person of interest in an ongoing death investigation.
