TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A local organization hosts a big fundraiser so they can continue to help the community.
Catholic Charities held the 38th annual event at the Idle Creek Banquet Center in Terre Haute Wednesday night.
The evening consisted of a dinner, silent auction, and entertainment.
Organizers say they wouldn't be able to do the programs throughout the year without events like this, and the support means everything to their program.
"We are extremely grateful to the support we receive in the community and this is really an opportunity to thank them and to share with them the success that they're a part of," said John Etling from Catholic Charities.
Catholic Charities said they had nearly 350 people attended the event.
