TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Wabash Valley Man has pleaded guilty to leading police on a chase in a stolen pick-up truck.
Lee Bemis appeared in a Vigo County courtroom on Thursday.
Bemis pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement. It all happened on Dec. 29, 2012.
Police believe Bemis stole the pick-up truck in Clinton, Ind.
Several agencies chased him and he was eventually found hiding in snow near the Wabash River.
Bemis has only a few days left to serve in jail and then, he'll be released.
An investigation is underway into an early morning crash.
