TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Six Goshen, Indiana hospital employees are fired after refusing a mandatory flu shot.

Union Hospital in Terre Haute and Sullivan County Community Hospital say they do not have mandatory flu vaccinations for staff members.
However, they do offer to pay for flu shots for their employees.
If employees don't participate, they're required to sign paperwork, acknowledging they declined the shot.
