TERRE HAUTE, ind. (WTHI) - Indiana's students are heading to the front of the class. New education numbers show Hoosier students are graduating above the national average, but what about the Wabash Valley?
In 2012, 2723 Wabash Valley high school seniors flipped their tassels and graduated. But, when the school year began there were 3066 seniors in that collective class.
That's actually good news for 2012. You see 88.8% of the seniors graduated right in our backyard; which is .4 percentage points higher than Indiana's state average and still higher than the national average of 87%.
But how are your students doing?
