PARIS, Ill. (WTHI) - News 10 has confirmed that police are investigating a possible homicide in Paris, Illinois.
Just before 6:30 Thursday night, Paris police received a report of a possible homicide at a residence on Highland Court.
Paris police units responded and located one deceased adult female inside the home.
The Illinois State Police are now leading the investigation.
No further information, including the victim's name or possible suspect is being released at this time.
The Illinois State Police say there is no indication of threats or danger to the public.
