TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - An early morning accident caused traffic congestion on Terre Haute's eastside.
The wreck occurred in the southbound lane of SR 46 near Hulman St. around 7:30 a.m.
Terre Haute Police told News 10 the red car was driving recklessly and crashed into an SUV.
The car then flipped, and landed on its roof.
Luckily, there were no serious injuries reported from the crash.
Right on cue, Thursday’s early winter storm dumped snow and ice on the Wabash Valley but county highway crews were a step ahead of the weather’s arrival pre-treating the 897 miles of pavement in the county.
