INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WISH) - A recent report says Indiana is among the 10 fattest states in America.
Indiana came in at number 8 on the list of most obese states in the nation, according to a report from the Trust for America's Health.
Officials say more than 31.4 people in Indiana are obese.
The report also says 41 out of the 50 states have at least a 25 percent obesity rate. And, at least 20 percent of people in every state are obese. In 1980, no state had more than a 15 percent obesity rate.
