CLARK COUNTY, Ill. (WTHI) - Clark County, Illinois' Sheriff is taking a stance on gun control on a very public medium.
Sheriff Jerry Parsley made the announcement Thursday on the office's Facebook account.
His comment came in response to President Barack Obama's gun control push.
Sheriff Parsley says quote "Although we have had terrible tragedies in our country the evil people committing these atrocities are the ones that must be held accountable, not law abiding citizens... That being said, this Office will not enforce any unconstitutional law or Executive Order in that regard. "
