TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A Terre Haute man is behind bars on two separate allegations of having sexual relations with two underage girls.
Authorities first arrested Cody Branch, 20, on Friday after they received reports from two separate women alleging that Branch had sex with their daughters. One of the girls was 13 years old, and the other was 14 years old, according to court documents.
Branch told investigators that he met the 13-year old while spending time at the Hoosier Prairie Elementary School playground and that he often hung out with children at the playground.
Branch also admitted to having sexual relations with both girls and told authorities he knew the girls were minors, investigators reported.
Branch faces preliminary charges of child molestation and sexual misconduct with a minor. He is being held in the Vigo County jail on $90,000 bond.
