TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - In March, News 10 told you about a criminal investigation at Dr. Henry Davis's office here in Terre Haute, IN.
Agents from the Indiana Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Unit raided the office and confiscated documents upon documents.
Now, we can inform you on June 28, Davis's License was entered into an emergency suspension status by the Indiana Medical Licensing Board.
While on suspension Davis is not allowed to practice medicine.
There has been no official word on the length of the suspension.
News 10 will keep you updated on the investigation.
