ATTICA, Ind. (WTHI) - An Attica administrator has been disciplined for posts made on his Twitter account.
The administrator is believed to be Attica Elementary School Principal Dusty Goodwin who was confronted by our sister station, News 18, with his tweets after the school board meeting on Jan. 28.
However, in a press release emailed out by Superintendent Derek Marshall Friday afternoon, the administrator is not named. In the statement, Marshall said disciplinary action has occurred but did not give any further information citing personnel issues.
According to state law, if an employee is suspended, demoted or discharged, that information must be released.
News 18 has tried contacting Marshall several times by both phone and email but he has not responded.
