This year, WTHI-TV was happy to hold our 21st Annual Share Your Thanksgiving to benefit Catholic Charities with the help of our community partner, Duke Energy.

Collection barrels were placed around the Wabash Valley at various locations, ranging from grocery stores, restaurants, banks, schools, police stations, etc. The goal was to collect non-perishable food items, like canned and jarred foods, dry mixes, cereals, pasta, etc. That food was distributed to local food banks, shelters, soup kitchens, and after-school programs, as well as handed out to help families who otherwise may go hungry.

Thank you to everyone who contributed! With your help, many families will now be able to be fed during the holiday season. If you did not have the opportunity to contribute, it’s not too late! Click here to see how you can contribute to Food for Friends, our year-long food drive.
