TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Skin protection is important, especially in the summer!
We can't say this enough, use sunscreen and do so daily even on days that are not that sunny. You're still exposing yourself to dangerous UV rays.
And it's never too late to start using sunscreen!
It protects you from skin cancer and slows down the aging process.
A new study reveals that the daily use of sunscreen could significantly keep you looking young.
A group of 55 and younger was followed for four years. Some were using sunscreen daily while others did so periodically.
The daily users showed 24-percent less skin-aging than the group that used it at their discretion.
And according to researchers middle-age is not too late to start using it.
