TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Plans to build a new Cheddar's at Third and Springhill are still moving forward.
The Vigo County Recorder's Office confirmed to News 10 the two-and-a-half acre plot of land officially changed hands on June 25.
The remaining 11-acres are still for sale.
