(CNN) - It was a scary scene Thursday on the campus of Georgia Tech in Atlanta.
Authorities there said a former graduate student brought a samurai sword to the campus and stabbed a university researcher.
The attack caused quite a scare on campus, leaving two people hurt, and several graduate students wondering what happened.
Authorities said the suspect Kshitij Shrotri is facing an aggravated assault charge. He is expected to appear in court on Friday. Authorities said the man who was stabbed is now in stable condition.
