Dog sniffs for cash, not drugs

NAPLES, Italy (CNN) - The tax man's best friend has a four legs and a nose for cash. Authorities in Italy are using labrador retrievers to sniff out tax dodgers.

The dogs are trained to sniff out large quantities of euros, dollars, pounds and rubles at Napels Airport.

Stella has earned her keep. since the beginning of the year she has helped the authorities here find more than three million euro, around four million dollars, in illicit cash."

Her reward? She gets to play with a plastic ball.
