TERRE HAUTE, Ind (WTHI) - Drought doesn’t happen overnight. It takes more than one month of below normal precipitation to get us to where we are now.
In fact, the beginnings of our current drought can be traced back to one year ago.
Over the past 13 months, only four had precipitation ofnormalor above. That’s only one third.
