Win and the Rex make the playoffs

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The Terre Haute Rex were in a good situation coming into the regular season finale Saturday night. If they win and they're in the playoffs, they could also get in with a Quincy win or a Springfield loss.
Well they got off to a good start jumping out to a 2-0 lead over the Danville Dans.
The Rex would end up 8-3 in a rain-shortened game.
With the win they clinch a playoff spot and will play in Quincy on Monday.
