Rex keep winning, beat Sliders

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The Terre Haute Rex used timely hitting and dominant pitching to beat Springfield 8-2 on Saturday night.
Nick Cunningham took a no hitter into the seventh inning. He finished the night giving up one earned run over 6 2/3 innings and striking out five.
Kyle Kempf paced the offense, going 2-4 with 4 RBI. The Rex and Sliders will clash again Sunday afternoon at 5:30.
