TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The Colts continued on with annual tradition Wednesday at camp.
The team invited a group of kids from Riley Children's Hospital to watch the morning practice, get autographs from their favorite players and, most importantly, meet Blue, the team mascot.
"To have an opportunity to participate and help Riley is a real pleasure," head coach Jim Caldwell said.
The players look forward to this day almost as much as the kids, if not more. They said it reminds them of there kids and families back home.
"The kids have a lot to talk about as they go back to school the next few days, talking about the visit with coach Caldwell, Blue, some of the colts players. They'll definitely be smiling for days to come," Jason Mueller of Riley Children's Hospital said.
